Four Things to Think About Before Buying a Single Stroller
May 1, 2010 by admin
With so many new products on the market designed to give your baby the best childhood and the most successful upbringing possible, it is easy to forget about the basics. A stroller is one of the most important things for a child growing up, and as well as getting them outside it can develop a bond between parent and child. There are many things to think about before buying a single stroller though, so read on to make sure you don’t make a potentially fatal mistake.
Can it be too cheap?
With so many companies manufacturing strollers nowadays, it can be difficult to choose the right one. You may be suspicious of companies offering cheap products, but the expensive ones may be out of your price range. In many cases, a product is cheap for a reason, and even though you may have no problems, the risk could be too great. Many reputable companies, like Bumbleride, offer high quality products at low prices to suit everyone.
The other end of the scale
There are also many single strollers out there that are very expensive. In general, $400-500 for a single is a very good stroller, but more than that could be taking advantage of gullible parents. Some models do offer innovations, which can explain the price tag, like those designed for very rough terrain, and naturally you will pay more for strollers accommodating many passengers.
Longevity
If you have another baby on the way, you may have to upgrade to a double stroller. Don’t worry though, because some companies, such as Phil and Ted, offer single models that can convert into doubles!
Style is important!
You will have no problem finding a color or style to suit you, as every company has a huge range of styles available like the Maclaren Quest strollers do. You and your baby will turn heads wherever you go!
